I like to introduce different methods of training into most regimes so that sessions stay fun and so that the body has to keep adapting and changing. I am flexible and accommodating to the needs of the client and able to work with people who have many different long and short term goals. I use a variety of equipment and have my own take on popular classes and training methodologies.​

This total body workout is designed for all fitness levels. Thump Boxing is a group exercise class based around the principles of functional fitness training and its adaption to professional boxing training.

As an online personal trainer I can help you reach your health and fitness goals with all the convenience of training in your own home, gym, or other personal space. Through physical training, nutritional changes, and improvements in thinking I will help you reach your goals. I will teach you how to eat right and exercise correctly, and help you understand the various aspects of fitness, from nutrition to mobility. I believe in training the mind and the body and can deliver all of this to you through online workout and nutrition programs.
