Service Description

Monday 6.15pm Boroughbridge, Tuesday 7pm Carlton Miniott. Resistance training meets aerobic exercise with Thump Boxing, with boxing techniques and circuit training combining to create an intense workout. You’ll have to fight your way to the end of this class, but when you get there, you’ll feel amazing! ​Thump Boxing classes are a great choice for those who want a full body workout, without spending hours in the gym. It is based on the training used for boxing so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts – all focusing on fitness and toning.
